Boston Sports Then and Now

The Celtics took care of business at home on Thursday night in game 6, downing the Hawks in a game that went down to the wire. On the back on Kevin Garnett (28 points, 14 rebounds, 5 blocks, 3 steals), the Celtics won with defense.

The C’s blocked a remarkable eleven shot on the night and perhaps no one was bigger than Paul Pierce’s during the final possessions of the game.

The C’s now have home-court and will be taking on the feisty Philadelphia 76ers in the Eastern Conference Semi Finals.
